YOUR ORDER – Deliveries, Returns & Payment
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact, and that it is within 21 days of our despatch. We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge except where we agree otherwise. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Credit/Debit card payments are processed on the day of dispatch. We also accept cheques, cheques should be made payable to Nathalie Jack Limited. Cheques need to be cleared before dispatch.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
When a confirmation of order is received by email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
P&P – PRICES & DELIVERY
P&P – UK Orders
All items from the George range are free UK postage and packaging. Everything else which is Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.50 (unless stated differently in the product description) per delivery address. You will receive your order within 3-10 working days. If you require urgent delivery, please ask and we will do what we can to rush it to you. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be telephoned or emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We are happy to send items overseas including Eire and Channel Islands. International orders are generally received in under 28 days. We Reserve the right to increase prices without notice but not after an order has been accepted.
